Showcase · sibling brand

Small products, live data, no noise.

INTLO Labs is a separate brand built by the same team — which is why it is a showcase rather than a case study or a service page.

It builds instruments: single-purpose subscription tools that read a live feed and send you a signal. The board is public and so is the state of everything on it — one instrument is being built and four are labelled concepts, in the property's own words rather than ours.

Property
INTLO Labs, San Diego, California — a separate brand, same team
Relationship
Sibling brand; canonical content stays on intlo.com and is never mirrored here
Category
Subscription instruments on live market data
Status
One instrument in build, four published as concepts

01 · The board

Everything on the board, including what is not built.

Shipping, building or still a concept — all of it public, with the state attached to each one. The statuses below are the property's own labels, reproduced rather than interpreted.

The instruments, with the status intlo.com publishes for each.
InstrumentStatusWhat it does
Spread ScannerBuildingCross-market spread alerts for prediction markets — Polymarket against Kalshi, delivered to Telegram
Permit IntelligenceConceptPermit-activity alerts for contractors and investors, by region
Hazard BriefConceptAddress-based storm and hazard monitoring for property owners
Scanner No. 2ConceptA second instrument in the Spread Scanner mould, on a different market pair
STR RadarConceptComps, rate moves and new-listing pressure for short-term-rental operators

Publishing an empty column is the point. A board that only listed the built thing would say nothing about how the studio decides what to build next; a board that listed concepts without marking them would be a roadmap sold as a catalogue.

02 · How they build

Four rules, stated in public and checkable against the board.

These are the property's own operating rules. They are worth reproducing because each one is falsifiable by looking at the board it sits above — which is a harder thing to publish than a set of values.

  • One instrument, one job

Scope stays small enough to ship and then sharpen. The alternative — a dashboard that does everything — is named on the site as the thing being avoided.

  • Live data, or labelled replay

Numbers are never decorative. Where a figure is a replay rather than a live read, it says so, which is the same discipline the client work runs on: replayed, anonymised data only.

  • Alert-first delivery

The product finds you; you do not watch it. An instrument that requires a human to sit in front of a screen has not finished the job it was built for.

  • Version numbers in public

Gates pass on evidence rather than claims, and the version is visible to anyone reading. It is the same argument this site makes about its own build, applied to a product line.

Why it is on this site

The same team, with the scoreboard turned outward.

INTLO Labs is where the operating rules this company works to get applied to its own product line rather than to a client's system. Small scope, live data, alert-first delivery and a public state for everything on the board — including the four things that are still ideas.

That last part is the reason it belongs in a showcase. Anyone can publish the finished thing. Publishing the unfinished ones with an honest label, on a marketing page, is a stronger signal about how a team reports its own progress than any case study written after the fact.

The property

Read the board.

Every instrument and its current state is on the front page, with no account and no gate. The concepts are marked as concepts there, exactly as they are here.
