Case study · Internal DBAI venture
Red Cell / DBAI
Build the trust before the first conversation.
Red Cell started with a business idea: authorized offensive security, with AI security assessments built into the offer. We turned that idea into a name, a position, a service catalog and a live website. The work started well before the first component.

The brief
A security brand has to earn the conversation.
Give a new security venture a technical edge and a clear reason to be trusted. Buyers needed to understand what gets tested, how authorization works and what they receive at the end.
A distinct identity
Find a name and visual direction that could stand on their own in a crowded security market.
A specific offer
Make penetration testing, adversary simulation and AI security assessments understandable as separate services.
Trust in the details
Put scope, written authorization, evidence and retesting into the story a buyer actually reads.
The delivery
Positioning became the build brief.
Position the business, define the services, then build the site around the questions a security buyer needs answered.
Position
Naming research and competitive context informed an identity of its own. The direction kept the technical character without borrowing another security brand's name.
Define
We organized the offer around penetration testing, red and purple team engagements, and the deployed systems around AI models.
Build
Structured Claude Code phases carried the positioning and copy constraints into a Next.js and TypeScript implementation.
Publish
The resulting site connects services, process and deliverables to a clear path for requesting a scoped engagement.
The experience
The visual gets attention. The detail earns trust.
A dark interface, terminal-influenced typography and a controlled red accent give the site its character. The content does the harder work: explaining what a buyer is authorizing, what the team will examine and what comes back.
Make the offer specific enough that the next conversation starts with scope.
The production site at red-cell.app presents the service catalog, explains the engagement process and shows the shape of a useful report. Its illustrative findings are explicitly labeled as examples.
A service line built around the whole AI system
The AI assessment offer covers the application, agent, identity, connected tools and data around a model. That gives buyers a concrete way to think about access and consequences, with permissions and retrieval boundaries part of the conversation.
What shipped
A business idea became a public offer.
A separate public identity and a working marketing site for an internal DBAI venture. The result is a buyer-facing launch: a clear offer, a defined process and a direct route to a scoped proposal.
Brand
A distinct Red Cell identity with a technical visual language and direct copy.
Services
An organized catalog spanning conventional offensive security and AI system assessments.
Website
A live production property that explains scope, authorization, deliverables and next steps.
This case study covers an internal venture’s brand and website launch. It does not report client security engagements or commercial performance.
